About Me

I am a graduate of the University of Rio Grande where I earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Sports and Exercise Science and a Bachelor of Science degree in Behavioral Social Science.  I have been an ACE certified Personal Trainer since 2000.  In 2010 I obtained my ACE certification as a Group Fitness Instructor and an AFPA certification in Group Cycling.  I am also CPR and AED certified.

In 2012 I competed as a bikini and figure competitor in the NPC and NGA organizations. In 2013 I obtained my IFPA pro card in figure.

I have managed Livin Up 2 Wellness Center since 2010, which is a 24/7 full service fitness center as well as a Corporate Wellness Center for smaller businesses here in Marysville.

As a Personal Trainer I saw the need for my clients to have a holistic avenue for treatment of overuse injuries.  For my clients to achieve their health and wellness goals I needed to be able to provide them with a non-medicinal but effective way to treat aches and pain that come along with even the safest methods of Personal Training.
